Jamie Fletcher is the founder of Valley Girl, a ministry dedicated to helping women grow in their faith, find authentic community, and live out their God-given purpose. She has been following Jesus since her teenage years and has faithfully served at Harvest Time Church on the youth team for many years. As a licensed mental health therapist, Jamie is passionate about caring for the whole person while pointing others to the hope found in Christ. Her heart is to see women connected, the Church strengthened, and God’s Kingdom advanced through discipleship, community, and the Gospel.
Brooke Cagle is a worship pastor at Vineyard Fort Smith and the founder of Tributary Studio, where she works as a graphic designer and photographer. Having followed Jesus since childhood, her faith has been shaped through seasons of both deep joy and profound healing, leading her into a vibrant relationship with Christ through the Holy Spirit. She is passionate about helping others experience the love of Jesus, authentic community, and the freedom found in Him. Brooke also founded Segue Fort Smith, a monthly gathering designed to foster meaningful connection throughout the community.

Kylee Thompson serves at Harvest Time Church and is a teacher’s assistant at Harvest Time Academy. After growing up in church, she made the decision in high school to fully surrender her life to Jesus through the impact of the church’s youth ministry. Since then, she has been passionate about sharing the hope of Christ with girls and women of all ages while continuing to grow in her own faith. Kylee’s heart is to encourage others to trust God deeply and experience the transforming love of Jesus.
